Add gpio-keys codes for all boards. These are mostly INPUT_KEY_0 and so
on but I've used some more specific ones where it was obvious that
there's something else on the boards.

... and "nordic,nrf-pwm" binding:
- use channel indexes instead of pin numbers in `pwms` properties that
define PWM LEDs
- add the period and flags cells to `pwms` properties in all PWM LED
definitions; use the commonly used period of 20 ms (giving 50 Hz)
as a default setting

These changes turn out to have been incompatible with the way pinctrl
drivers are going to work, so we need to go back to what we had before
until we can agree on a better approach.

In the flash partition definitions for ARM boards,
the link to the legacy partition macros does not
exist any more. The commit cleans up the partition
definition by removing this link.

Since commit 5963ebaf33
("drivers: spi: CS configuration through devicetree")
the SPI GPIO CS flags are obtained from DT,
but the patch series has missed the necessary changes
for the ieee802154_dw1000 driver and decawave_dwm1001_dev board.

The SoC node has compatibles for the specific SoC in place, having the
same compatible at the top level is technically a conflict and the
top-level one should really just be about the board. Remove the SoC
related compatibles at the top-level.
