Rename CONFIG_CAN_STM32_CLOCK_DIVISOR to
CONFIG_CAN_STM32FD_CLOCK_DIVISOR to match driver Kconfig name.

Add support for selecting the CAN clock source. Change previously
hardcoded value of PCLK1 to HSE.
