Eliminates references to the obsolete OS name. In most cases the
name is simply removed, as it isn't necessary.

Renaming the directory include/nanokernel to be include/arch, which
better reflects the real nature of the directory and the contents
inside.

Updating global variable's name to follow a consistent naming convention.
Change accomplished with the following script:
