Daniel Leung	ed83474b10	interrupt_controller: remove CONFIG_DW_ICTL_OFFSET ... This kconfig is only used for one board and is simply an alias to another kconfig. Daniel Leung	b4a7eed82e	interrupt_controller/dw_ictl: need to be initialized earlier ... The dw_ictl interrupt controller is an interrupt aggregator supporting multi-level interrupts.
