Industrial 8 channel output with advanced diagnostics.
Allowing giagnostic configuration both on per channel or global bases
In SPI communication diagnostic status transmitted on every
READ/WRITE which includes generic status of chip.
Diagnostics includes :
* Oveload
* Open Wire
* Over current
* Short to VDD
* Thermal Shutdown
* VDD Warn
* Watch Dog Error
* Communication Error
* VDD under voltage
Add app.overlay for MAX14916 driver.
Tested with adopted basic/blinky example.

AXP192 features an EXTEN pin that is on output only.
This commit appends control of EXTEN pin to gpio functionality
of AXP192.
Port-Mapping is as follows:
- [0..4]: GPIO0..4
- [5]: EXTEN

This fixes multiple CI issues for the ads1145s0x
driver.
Having a special testcase for the driver limits the
CONFIG_ADC=y and CONFIG_ADC_INIT_PRIORITY adjustment
requirements.
Also fixes address not matching warning for pcal6416a@2

The Nuvoton NCT38xx is a multi-function device providing a TCPC
controller and a I/O expander (GPIO driver). Add a multi-function
driver to manage exclusive access to the device.
Tested with "twister -T tests/drivers/build_all/gpio".

AXP192 is a small power management IC, that also
features 5 GPIOS.
Besides GPIO driver this commit also includes needed modifications
in axp192 regulator and mfd driver as LDOIO0 functioanlity
is multiplexed with GPIO0 pin.

The Texas Instruments TCA9538 is an 8 pin GPIO port expander.
It operates on an I2C bus with 2 configurable address pins. The
device has an interrupt output pin that is asserted when any pin
configured as an input changes state.
Added under the PCA953X name to allow other similar parts to
use the same driver.
