It could be observed on native_posix_64 platform that
without alignment attribute the usb_cfg_data structures
are placed with a gap or padding in specified RAM section.
This breaks the possibility to iterate over the structures.

The USB HID class API offers the possibility to register callbacks
for Get/SetIdle, Get/SetProtocol to the application.
Rules for these callbacks are neither obvious nor documented.
This patch remove this possibility to register Get/SetProtocol
and Get/SetIdle callbacks for the following reasons:
The possibility to call unknown application code while processing
control requests should be avoided or reduced to a minimum.
The Get/SetProtocol callbacks are redundant and do not provide any
additional value since the way to inform the application
about the change of the protocol exists via the callback
hid_protocol_cb_t protocol_change.
The core provides implementation to handle Get/SetIdle requests and
on idle reports. If this is not suitable in any way then the application
should implement everything itself.

WebUSB sample is using BOS descriptor. Because of that
the bcdUSB field of device descriptor is set to 0x0210.
This requires for the BOS descriptor to have LPM support.
LPM support use additional descriptor that the HOST can
read by requesting BOS desc. The descriptor is called
Extension descriptor and is specified in `USB Link Power
Management ECN` document considered a part of USB 2.0
spec.
This patch adds missing part of the BOS descriptor and
fixes issue with webUSB sample not passing i'LPM L1 Suspend
Resume Test' from USB3CV test tool.

This commit extends USB hid API callbacks by adding
'const struct device *dev' parameter. If the application
configured more than one HID device then it must specify
separate hid_ops for each device as its unable to determine
for which device the callback was called.
This patch makes it possible to have only one hid_ops within
the application and the application is aware for which device
the callback was called because of explicit device pointer.

Add two new kconfig options USB_SELF_POWERED and USB_MAX_POWER.
These can be set by the user to change the USB configuration descriptor.
USB_MAX_POWER can be set to any value between 0 and 250, but practically
should be 50 or 250. These values are half the ammount of mA that the
device will tell the host that it needs.
USB_SELF_POWERED sets the 7th bit in bmAttributes of the USB config
descriptor. Should be set to y if the device has its own power source
other than USB.

and is added so user could know what happend to USB device.

and the usb_enable() is called with NULL parameter.

USB device has global callback for all classes within device.

According to API documentation, the bcdDevice field of the USB
descriptor is supposed to represents the Zephyr kernel major
and minor versions as a binary coded decimal value. However,
when using zephyr 2.0, bcdDevice is shown as 0.00 instead of 2.00.

at section changes to apply greater alignments by default. This is
especially true with 64-bit builds. USB structures are marked with the
