Alexander Wachter a22f0ac1ab drivers: hwinfo: Don't disable CLOE on SAM3x seies 
CLOE (Code Loop Optimization) does not exist on SAM3x.
Make the EEFC_FMR_CLOE disable depending on CONFIG_SOC_SERIES_SAM3X.

Anas Nashif f901e26de9 cleanup: include/: move hwinfo.h to drivers/hwinfo.h 
move hwinfo.h to drivers/hwinfo.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.

No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.

Aurelien Jarno bf59fcb78c drivers: hwinfo: add driver support for Atmel SAM device ID 
Add driver support for Atmel SAM device ID, which is 16-bytes long. On
this SoC family, the device ID is part of the flash controller and
complex to read. Therefore the driver reads it once at boot time and
then just returned the copy saved in RAM.
