The UDC driver for this beautiful USB controller is mostly rewritten
from scratch. USB Pad Calibration and clock handling are copied from the
usb_dc_sam0 driver.
The driver uses multipacket transfers for all endpoints except the OUT
control endpoint. The OUT control endpoint has a buffer that is always
mapped to the endpoint buffer register so that it always has a valid
buffer. The driver provides up to 7 IN and 7 OUT endpoints that support
any type of transfer. Double buffering is not used, for the possible
case of isochronous transfers some changes would be required in the
future.

This driver is mostly rewritten from scratch, with some parts borrowed
from the usb_dc_rpi_pico driver implemented by Pete Johanson.
This driver does not use any function from RPI PICO HAL and actually
could be furter improved to not use any defines or types from the HAL as
they are confusing and overdo it with volatile qualifiers.

udc_mcux_ehci is based on the MCUX USB controller driver
(usb_device_ehci.c); udc_mcux_ip3511 is based on the
MCUX USB controller driver (usb_device_lpcip3511.c);
add related Kconfig and CMake; include the usb_phy.h path in
modules/hal_nxp/usb/CMakeLists.txt because udc_mcux.c use it;
add related macros to usb_device_config.h;
update CMakeLists for udc_mcux_ehci and udc_mcux_ip3511.

Add UDC driver for IT82xx2 SoC. This commit passes tests with
1. samples/subsys/usb/cdc_acm/
2. samples/subsys/usb/console/
3. The extend endpoint test with CDC ACM tool
4. USB suspend/resume detection

The driver currently supports only dedicated FIFO mode (with
dynfifosizing if enabled). Control, bulk and interrupt transfers are
supported, isochronous transfers are not yet supported. The driver
accesses controller registers using sys_io.h, but for debugging purposes
one can get a register map from the driver's config, similar to the
usb_dc_dw.c driver.
Initial support also has vendor quirks for the STM32F4 SoC family.
Tested on NUCLEO-F413HG.

Add UDC driver for STM32 based MCU, relying on HAL/PCD.
This has been tested with cdc_acm sample on the following boards:
- 96b_carbon (STM32F4)
- disco_l475_iot1 (STM32L4)
- nucleo_wb55rg (STM32WB)
- nucleo_h723zg (STM32H7)
- stm32f3_disco (STM32F3)
This fails at runtime for the following:
- b_u585i_iot2a (STM32U5)

Add support for virtual USB device controller intended for use
by virtual bus and virtual UHC controllers. This driver is not
an emulation of any real host controller.
The driver has initial support for handling control and bulk
transfers.

Add new USB device controller API and nRF USBD controller driver.
The new UDC API brings support for multiple instances and asynchronous
transfer model, transfers use net_buf and store methadata in the
user data area.
