Driver was in a weird state: it made use of
DT_INST_FOREACH_STATUS_OKAY, however, it had an assertion to support a
single instance and used instance 0 properties.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all drivers to the new
prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted, refer
to #45388 for more details.

The variable indicating the PWM channel is now names "channel" instead
of "pwm", adjust all drivers.
