Update pwm drivers to use DT_HAS_<compat>_ENABLED Kconfig symbol to expose the driver and enable it by default based on devicetree. Michael Hope	e362f10d4c	drivers: pwm: add a SAM0 TCC based PWM driver ... This runs the Timer/Counter for Control in 'normal' PWM mode.
