14418a7f39 drivers/console: Add static buffer feature to winstream_console
The winstream code itself is reasonably generic, but the console
integration was written to the intel_adsp memory window driver only,
as that was the only consumer.

Add an alternative that allows the winstream to be pointed to by a
linker symbol instead. The platform layer is responsible for putting
it where it needs to go.

Also includes a 20-byte "descriptor" recodr (with a very large magic
number) in the binary that points to the winstream, for the benefit of
external tooling that needs to find it at runtime.

ef14c9b867 lib: os: add a header for printk hook functions
Add a zephyr/printk.h header for the __printk_hook functions, these are
currently manually declared by all console drivers for no good reason.

Move the documentation into the header and also unify the way that
console drivers call the function.

759e07bebe intel_adsp: move memory window setup to PRE_KERNEL_1
PRE_KERNEL_1 is more suited for dealing with devices, so move out of
EARLY.
Verified on hardware and things seem to behave the same. Something was
changed since this was first introduced as this was not possible for
some reason.

a5fd0d184a init: remove the need for a dummy device pointer in SYS_INIT functions
The init infrastructure, found in `init.h`, is currently used by:

- `SYS_INIT`: to call functions before `main`
- `DEVICE_*`: to initialize devices

They are all sorted according to an initialization level + a priority.
`SYS_INIT` calls are really orthogonal to devices, however, the required
function signature requires a `const struct device *dev` as a first
argument. The only reason for that is because the same init machinery is
used by devices, so we have something like:

```c
struct init_entry {
	int (*init)(const struct device *dev);
	/* only set by DEVICE_*, otherwise NULL */
	const struct device *dev;
}
```

As a result, we end up with such weird/ugly pattern:

```c
static int my_init(const struct device *dev)
{
	/* always NULL! add ARG_UNUSED to avoid compiler warning */
	ARG_UNUSED(dev);
	...
}
```

This is really a result of poor internals isolation. This patch proposes
a to make init entries more flexible so that they can accept sytem
initialization calls like this:

```c
static int my_init(void)
{
	...
}
```

This is achieved using a union:

```c
union init_function {
	/* for SYS_INIT, used when init_entry.dev == NULL */
	int (*sys)(void);
	/* for DEVICE*, used when init_entry.dev != NULL */
	int (*dev)(const struct device *dev);
};
struct init_entry {
	/* stores init function (either for SYS_INIT or DEVICE*)
	union init_function init_fn;
	/* stores device pointer for DEVICE*, NULL for SYS_INIT. Allows
	 * to know which union entry to call.
	 */
	const struct device *dev;
}
```

This solution **does not increase ROM usage**, and allows to offer clean
public APIs for both SYS_INIT and DEVICE*. Note that however, init
machinery keeps a coupling with devices.

**NOTE**: This is a breaking change! All `SYS_INIT` functions will need
to be converted to the new signature. See the script offered in the
following commit.

e42f58ec94 init: s/ARCH/EARLY, call it just before arch kernel init
The `ARCH` init level was added to solve a specific problem, call init
code (SYS_INIT/devices) before `z_cstart` in the `intel_adsp` platform.
The documentation claims it runs before `z_cstart`, but this is only
true if the SoC/arch takes care of calling:

```c
z_sys_init_run_level(_SYS_INIT_LEVEL_ARCH);
```

Which is only true for `intel_adsp` nowadays. So in practice, we now
have a platform specific init level. This patch proposes to do things in
a slightly different way. First, level name is renamed to `EARLY`, to
emphasize it runs in the early stage of the boot process. Then, it is
handled by the Kernel (inside `z_cstart()` before calling
`arch_kernel_init()`). This means that any platform can now use this
level. For `intel_adsp`, there should be no changes, other than
`gcov_static_init()` will be called before (I assume this will allow to
obtain coverage for code called in EARLY?).

46af0620b3 console: move winstream console to drivers/

directly.
