Flags for indicating if stored TK is valid and if confirm sending
was delayed are required for properly handling passkey entry input.
This is to avoid using incorrent TK or sending SMP commands in invalid
order.

listen DTLS data in socket 4242 and will reverse the returned
bytes and send them back to the sender. The application
supports both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols.

- Handle the new error callback type, a ROR interrupt is irrecoverable.
- Removing the fifo pre-fill: this should never be done that way. It's
up to the controller to request via an interrupt to get its fifo
filled-in. (TFS bit on SSSR register is the one requesting such
filling)
- Disabling the controller once completed (following transfer will
re-enable it)
- Removing useless debugging info

It was badly named: this routine initializes what cannot be done
statically, i.e. what has to be done dynamically.
We also do not have concepts of "node" anymore since the kernel is
single-node only.

When THREAD_MONITOR is enabled, not removing the fiber from the thread
list (a) would cause the list to be erroneous, and (b) would cause
corruption of the list if the fiber stack was reused to start a new
fiber (or any other usage really).

Update the documentation of _thread_exit() to reflect the fact that a
task can call it if it does so with interrupts locked. A task or another
fiber cannot preempt a fiber, so a fiber can still call _thread_exit()
without locking interrupts. If a task locks interupts first then calls
it, no fiber or other task can preempt it either.

No need to keep track of PCI class's bus and dev. First, there might be
more than 1 bus and/or 1 device which would hold the same class.
Secondly, with the new PCI_ENUMERATION option, enumeration PCI device is
now optional and it's advised to unset such option and statically
configure the PCI information of the devices (to gain in booting time
and code size). So finally removing all of this.
