GPIO7 and SPI1_MISO share the same muxer and SPI1_MISO is an input pin.

The function that resolves the source IP address we need to
use when sending a test network IP packet in Linux host is
refactored a bit. No functionality changes here.

Fixed typo in system_fundamentals. Acronyms FIFO and LIFO
defined with capital letters in kernel_fundamentals. Added bold
to paragraph lists to enhance readability in application_fundamentals
Added lots of :dfn: syntax for better interlinking to API.
Corrected whitespace for sub-bullet directive.

This was only needed for the older 8259A style PICs which are no
longer supported.
Since we now just support APIC, we always just call loapic_eoi which
no longer requires an argument and informs the IOAPIC that the interrupt
is complete if necessary.

SPI port 1 needs the pinmuxer to be initialized first. Or then, all
modifications required from the CS GPIO logic won't apply.

ioapic_irq_set() needs a vector number: all calls to it now use the
_IRQ_TO_INTERRUPT_VECTOR() macro as expected.
The previous change by which interrupt priorities are now honoured
correctly when connecting ISRs to IRQs statically also changed the way
the interrupt vectors are assigned.
Instead of computing them like this:
interrupt vector ID = IRQ + INT_VEC_IRQ0
They are now determined by a macro:
interrupt vector ID = _IRQ_TO_INTERRUPT_VECTOR(irq)

While adding private object supports, there were lots of
copy and paste. This results in lines writing to kernel_main.c
while it should be writing to sysgen.h. So update those lines
to write to sysgen.h instead, and add more new lines there
so sysgen.h is easier to read.

This patch enables defining microkernel events within source code.
This is similar to other private kernel object patches.
The test has been modified a little bit due to the fact that
the event ID is now a memory address, instead of numeric ID.
