In order to overrdie a choice one needs to define it again. Override it
by redefining it in the .defconfig file.

All board defconfig files currently set the architecture in addition to
the board and the SoC, by setting e.g. CONFIG_ARM=y. This spams up
defconfig files.
CONFIG_<arch> symbols currently being set in configuration files also
means that they are configurable (can be changed in menuconfig and in
configuration files), even though changing the architecture won't work,
since other things get set from -DBOARD=<board>. Many boards also allow
changing the architecture symbols independently from the SoC symbols,
which doesn't make sense.
Get rid of all assignments to CONFIG_<arch> symbols and clean up the
relationships between symbols and the configuration interface, like
this:
1. Remove the choice with the CONFIG_<arch> symbols in arch/Kconfig and
turn the CONFIG_<arch> symbols into invisible
(promptless/nonconfigurable) symbols instead.
Getting rid of the choice allows the symbols to be 'select'ed (choice
symbols don't support 'select').
2. Select the right CONFIG_<arch> symbol from the SOC_SERIES_* symbols.
This makes sense since you know the architecture if you know the SoC.
Put the select on the SOC_* symbol instead for boards that don't have
a SOC_SERIES_*.
3. Remove all assignments to CONFIG_<arch> symbols. The assignments
would generate errors now, since the symbols are promptless.
The change was done by grepping for assignments to CONFIG_<arch>
symbols, finding the SOC_SERIES_* (or SOC_*) symbol being set in the
same defconfig file, and putting a 'select' on it instead.

This change is safer than it might seem re. outstanding PRs, because any
assignment to CONFIG_<arch> symbols generates an error now, making
outdated stuff easy to catch.

The Kconfig board choice only has only one option which is implicitly
enabled, therefore it is not necessary to set the symbol explicitly in
board defconfigs.

Update the files which contain no license information with the
'Apache-2.0' SPDX license identifier. Many source files in the tree are
missing licensing information, which makes it harder for compliance
tools to determine the correct license.
By default all files without license information are under the default
license of Zephyr, which is Apache version 2.

Since Voltage Reference block is not supported, the ADC does not work
properly on FRDM-KW41Z. Set voltage reference to alternate source
in frdm_kw41z_defconfig.

The TRNG IP block in the KW41Z is really an entropy source and not
intended to be used as a general purpose random number generator
source. The block has 15 slots to read from and when the last slot
is read it has to regenerate the 15 numbers. This process takes
3-5 seconds and is blocking. The change here is to use the TRNG as
an entropy source to the XOROSHIRO pseudo random number function
and then have the KW41Z use XOROSHIRO for random number generation.

Most boards enable the pinmux by default by setting CONFIG_PINMUX=y in
<board>_defconfig, but several boards did it in Kconfig.defconfig
instead. Several code reviews, such as #5043, have suggested using a
select in Kconfig.board to enable the pinmux, however this caused
warnings:

dependencies (BOARD_FRDM_K64F || BOARD_FRDM_KL25Z || BOARD_FRDM_KW41Z ||
BOARD_HEXIWEAR_K64 || BOARD_USB_KW24D512 || BOARD_GALILEO)
Fix how these boards enable the pinmux so they are more consistent with
other boards.

Now that all ARM platforms have a device tree we can move selecting of
HAS_DTS up and remove any !HAS_DTS cases, as well as setting in all the
defconfigs.

This patch adds the base DTS support for the KW41Z Freedom board. The
initial set of changes include SRAM, FLASH, IRQ controller and LPUART
support.

Adds initial support and documentation for the frdm_kw41z board.
- Configures the kw41 to use the 32 MHz external oscillator on the board
to generate a 40 MHz system clock. The clock settings match the MCUX
SDK hello_world example project.
- Provides pinmux settings for the uart, i2c, LEDs, and switches
- Enables pinmux, gpio, uart, and i2c driver instances
- Configures the fxos8700 accelerometer/magnetometer driver
