move pinmux.h to drivers/pinmux.h and
create a shim for backward-compatibility.
No functional changes to the headers.
A warning in the shim can be controlled with CONFIG_COMPAT_INCLUDES.

Added cy8ckit_062_wifi_bt_m4 board configuration to build FW for CM4
core.
CM4 core does not start itself, it have to be started by CM0+ FW.
