MISRA-C rule 12.2

As we subtracting pointers of the same type, it is not necessary cast
it to u8_t. This simplify and avoid some MISRA-C violations, e.g rule
11.8.

Do not limit to whitelisted boards, instead make it build/run for any
board that defines required DTS macros.
Simplified documentation and made it more generic. Remove HW setup and
made sample work with built-in LEDs and buttons.

k_busy_wait() call used in test expects time in us, but the test
is specifying wait in ms.
Also the test fails on NRF5 platform as the test hardcodes the
interrupts priority to 0 and 1 and assumes system timer to be of
priority 0 which is not the case in NRF5 platforms as per
@pizi-nordic where system timer is at priority 1. Hence changing
test interrupts to 1 and 2.

The introduction of -fno-common caused a link error in eswifi driver due
to lack of missing extern on eswifi_bus_ops_spi. Adding the extern
resolves the link error.

To enable the QSPI you have to physically modify the board and this
disables the hyperflash. Since we plan on removing Kconfig from device
trees, its easier to treat the QSPI flash as a seperate board config and
thus it will get a dts to match.

There are cases in which we get the parents compat and thus we might
have a binding available for the actual node. An example is having a
SPI or I2C controller with a child node, but that node doesn't have a
binding associated with it. We'll end up getting the parent compat, so
return the parent binding in this case.

The issue is that we had a pointer that pointed to local stack
variable and that pointer was used to access stuff after the
test function had returned.

As for IPv4, net_conn_input() can be called at one place for udp/tcp.

It was weird to pre-parse ICMPv6 headers in IPv6. Moreover parsing
failure of such header would not generate the right statistic.
Instead, centralizing all into net_icmpv6_input relevantly, and adapting
the test cases which were using that function. In RPL test, removing the
dummy dio test was simpler since dio is anyway tested later on.
