CROSS_COMPILE is a KBuild feature that was dropped during the CMake migration. It is now re-introduced. Documentation for it is still lacking, but at least it now behaves as expected. Signed-off-by: Sebastian Bøe <sebastian.boe@nordicsemi.no>
