c0ce73ee55 boards: lpcxpresso54114: Enable SEGGER support by default for M0
The lpcxpresso54114_m0 tends to be the secondary core so doesn't
typically have a UART setup for it. We had SEGGER support enabled by
default previously, but the new Kconfig option CONFIG_USE_SEGGER_RTT
needs to be set as well now.

252919128b scripts: extract_dts_includes: Rework get_binding
The original version of get_binding didn't handle the case of having a
child node on a SPI or I2C device node. The example is a SPI flash and
having a partition node under that.

Re-work the binding lookup logic to first look in the master bindings
dict, and if not found there we assume it must be in the bus specific
dictionary, and we can use the parent node to find the bus type.

This definition was needed to translate the old symbol used in MDK

2192302c04 cmake: DT: Introduce 'DT_' symbols into the CMake namespace
CMake parses the Kconfig output for 'CONFIG_*' symbols and adds them
to the CMake namespace.

It does the same for DT, but has only been including 'CONFIG_' symbols
and been ignoring the 'DT_' symbols.

For DeviceTree to be useful, it's information needs to be accessible
from CMake, just like Kconfig is.

To this end we also introduce the 'DT_' symbols into the CMake
namespace.

This resolves #11109

8c1ed47803 cmake: Fixed a bug in 'cmake -DCONFIG_'
Due to popular demand there exists an experimental feature with
undefined and undocumented semantics that permits Kconfig option to be
specified on the CMake CLI.

Like so:

cmake -DCONFIG_BUILD_OUTPUT_BIN=y

This patch fixes a bug where it was possible to have a mismatch
between the build/zephyr/.config file and the CMake namespace of
'CONFIG_' values.

We now pop all CLI Kconfig symbols from the CMakeCache.txt and then
push only the CLI Kconfig symbols that exist in the active .config
file.

523acef71c settings: fix key-value duplication check
Whenever a new key-value is about to be stored, the settings
perform check whether the value really changes. This check
after #9521 patch should work differently as `\0` is not
the value terminator anymore. Because of above any value which
starts from \0 will be treated mistakenly as a NULL.

This patch uses check-length callback instead read-callback which
fix the issue and simplify the code a little.

fc0f80391c Bluetooth: nordic ECB hal: Bugfix for simulation
Fix in the do_ecb() function
In real HW this function busy waits for the ECB to be done.
In simulation with the POSIX arch a WFE was added to avoid that
infinite loop.
But this function is called with the ECB interrupts disabled.
In normal builds other interrupts will awake the CPU very soon
after entering into that WFE, and the problem was not discovered.

But, in controller only builds, during some conformance tests,
the loop will hang as no other interrupts are coming.

=> Replace the WFE() with a k_busy_wait (only for simulation)
