Keith Packard 844c78cf3a tests/kernel: Also run tests using minimallibc
With picolibc being the default C library, we need to explicitly include
testing against the minimal C library for kernel components.

Gerard Marull-Paretas 93b63df762 samples, tests: convert string-based twister lists to YAML lists
Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Torsten Rasmussen 2760fb9eda tests: added kernel tests for arm arch with linker script generator
This commit adds an additional test case for several kernel test suites
to ensure that the linker script generator is working correctly for a
subset of the Zephyr test suites.

The ensures that the basic functionality of the linker script generator
is working while still keep the performance impact on CI at a minimal
level.

Using the kernel tests is a trade-off between testing coverage of the
linker script generator and the time it takes to complete CI.

The kernel tests is considered to have the broadest coverage of various
features important for the generated linker script.

Stephanos Ioannidis f87bce135a test: kernel: context: Exclude for qemu_cortex_r5 (temporary)
The `tests/kernel/context` test fails for the `qemu_cortex_r5` when the
icount emulation mode is used, because the Xilinx QEMU ignores the WFI
instruction when the icount parameter is specified.

This will be fixed in the Zephyr SDK 0.11.3 and this commit must be
reverted once the CI is updated to use this new SDK version.

For more details, see zephyrproject-rtos/sdk-ng#191.

Anas Nashif 70758c4374 tests: fix test identifiers
The seasonal overhaul of test identifiers aligning the terms being used
and creating a structure. This is hopefully the last time we do this,
plan is to document the identifiers and enforce syntax.

The end-goal is to be able to generate a testsuite description from the
existing tests and sync it frequently with the testsuite in Testrail.

Maksim Masalski 9f26f7d3d4 tests: updated names for the kernel tests
After run Sanitycheck script I found out that test cases
had the same test case name in the test result .xml file.
For board itodk in .xml file was duplicated kernel.common test.
To get rid of it, I decided to change test cases names
for the kernel tests, contained name kernel.common.
Now only one test has kernel.common test name,
and will be no duplicated test cases names in the future.
