Convert the GT911 driver to the input subsystem, fix the existing boards
to work in the default config.

Enable logging by default in kscan sample, so that user will see output
even if they do not have a keyboard connected that follows the keymap.
Add a specific testcase for boards that support the RK055HDMIPI4M
display.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

Many driver samples or tests only had 'drivers' as the tag, without a
tag indicating what driver that is exactly, so add some missing tags.

Two samples require interacting with keyboard and mouse, and that
means necessary to provide correct fixture before run of that samples
in sanitycheck system. To skip or run the sample according to the
provided fixture in map-file necessary to add fixture definitions
into sample.yaml files

The seasonal overhaul of test identifiers aligning the terms being used
and creating a structure. This is hopefully the last time we do this,
plan is to document the identifiers and enforce syntax.
The end-goal is to be able to generate a testsuite description from the
existing tests and sync it frequently with the testsuite in Testrail.

This illustrates how a keyboard matrix (laptop keyboard) reports
key events to a user application. In addition, it shows how to
handle the typematic rate and delay from user space.
