CPU idle states are not board specific. This patch moves Microchip MEC
idle states to the core SoC dts files. Board can always tweak some state
parameters (if needed), but the definition belongs to core SoC dts
files, same as e.g. peripherals.

Microchip XEC devices specify GPIO pin using octal numbering and
organize pins in banks of 32. Chip documentation does not use
bank naming rather naming each pin by its octal number. This has
led to the developer having to calculate the bit position of a pin
in its 32-bit bank when a specifying the pin for GPIO usage. We
created a set of defines for all possible GPIO pins that specify
the DT GPIO bank name used in the chip level DTSI files and the
bit position in that bank.

Polarity support added to XEC PWM driver. This allows (for example) PWM
controlled LEDs that are active low to actually be turned off when set
to off.

Add support for Microchip MEC15xx to the XEC clock control driver.
MEC15xx 32KHz clock support uses the same 32KHz source for both the
PLL and peripherals. MEC152x does not include the PCR clock monitor
present in MEC172x. MEC15xx and MEC172x support internal silicon
oscillator, parallel and single ended crystal inputs, and the
32KHZ_PIN input. MEC152x supports fall back to internal silicon
OSC when VTR and 32KHZ_PIN are turned off. Therefore in MEC152x the
internal silicon oscillator can only be disabled if using an external
32KHz which is always on. For MEC152x the driver will only use the
PLL source clock device tree value.

Update the Microchip XEC pinmux driver to use system I/O
routine for read/write of registers instead of direct use
of volatile and CMSIS defines. Add GPIO port number to
bindings instead of using hard coded value from chip headers.
Modify SoC DTSI pinmux syntax, requires "pinmux: pinumx {..."
or the DT macros will not work. Since pinmux is used by MEC152x
we update its chip pinmux DT.

Update Microchip XEC RTOS timer driver adding MEC172x support and
using more device tree properities in the driver. We must also update
the XEC counter driver to use the new GIRQ DT properties.
Add new properties to RTOS timer and RTC timer YAML. These two timers
are linked due to option using a high speed timer for kernel busy wait.
Add Kconfig logic for XEC RTOS timer to MEC172x SoC.
Enable the Microchip XEC RTOS timer in the MEC172x evaluation board.
Add device tree nodes for most peripeherals.

Switch to use DEVICE_DT_GET instead of device_get_binding for pinmux
device. As part of this change drop the "label" property from
the pinmux devicetree node and update the binding and dts files to
reflect that.

Add ESPI SAF features to the Microchip eSPI driver as
a separate file. ESPI SAF depends upon the core eSPI
driver adding the ability to attach the system SPI
flash to the EC eSPI endpoint instead of the host
eSPI controller.

Enable slave support for I2C device instances. Slave mode is
interrupt based, wheras master mode is still based on polling.
Remove ENI bit in master configuration since it is not needed for
master mode.

Use setting from devicetree to drive the default setting for
CORTEX_M_SYSTICK. We update the dts files to default systick to be
enabled since the major of cortex-m platforms utilize it by default
(except on Nordic SoCs, TI CC13x2/CC26x2 and MEC1501 in which we
default to disabled).

dts_fixup.h based macros. This moves us closer to removing both
dts_fixup.h and per instance Kconfig symbols.
The pinmux_mchp_xec is also being updated since it's using DT
from GPIO.

The I2C controllers on the MEC1501 SoC can be attached to
different I2C output line. For example, the I2C #0 controller
can be used with I2C7 physical lines out of SoC. The output
selection is done by the attribute "port_sel". This renames
the parent I2C nodes on the SoC side to refer to
the controller themselves instead of the output lines to
avoid confusion. The labels of these nodes are also renamed
to reflect the controllers.
On the board level, the DTS labels are overwritten to indicate
the actual output lines.
Aliases are also provided in both SoC and board levels to
provide shortcuts to the DTS nodes.
