The OPENSDA_FW and LPCLINK_FW cmake variables are remnants of pre-west
days where we used an environment variable to set the desired debug host
tool, such as jlink or pyocd, based on which debug probe firmware was
loaded on the board. We now have two possible ways to do this, neither
of which requires the nxp-specific OPENSDA_FW or LPCLINK_FW variables:
1. Set standardized cmake runner variables when generating the build
system:
$ west build -- -DBOARD_FLASH_RUNNER=jlink -DBOARD_DEBUG_RUNNER=jlink
2. Use the west "--runner" argument with the debug and flash commands:
$ west debug -r jlink
Remove the now unnecessary OPENSDA_FW ond LPCLINK_FW variables and
update board documentation accordingly.
A few boards (frdm_kw41z, hexiwear_k64, mimxrt10{20,50,60,64}_evk)
reordered pyocd.board.cmake and jlink.board.cmake includes to preserve
the default runner when OPENSDA_FW was not explicitly set.

Instead of having a mix of west and CMake/ninja instructions for
building and flashing, document it using only west. This will help
clarify that west is the default build tool in Zephyr and should also
reduce confusion over what tool to use.
Note that the biggest change is changing the default in
doc/extensions/zephyr/application.py for :tool:, from all to west.

Clean up some stray references to cmake in doc, boards and
samples that don't make explicit use of the zephyr app extension,
as well as other minor doc fixes.

Reworks the programming and debugging section in the hexiwear board
documents to leverage the new debugging guide covering debug probes and
host tools.
Recommends the OpenSDA J-Link debug probe because the k64 and kw40z
share the same OpenSDA microcontroller, and the kw40z requires Segger
RTT for a console. It is possible to use daplink firmware for the k64,
however it is not recommended because it requires switching the firmware
back to jlink to access the kw40z.

Be consistent in how board docs are named and move all to index.rst.
This will make the URL to the board documentation predictable and easier
to remember.

Updates documentation for the frdm_k64f, hexiwear_k64, and usb_kw24d512
boards to reflect that they now support a watchdog driver. Updates the
board yamls similarly for sanitycheck.

If the ftm driver is enabled, use the instance routed to the RGB led and
configure the pinmuxes as ftm channels instead of gpios.

Adds a new variable to define which OpenSDA firmware is on the board,
and selects the default flash/debug scripts accordingly.
Sets the default to daplink since the flashing and debugging examples in
the board document were written to use pyocd.

Enables a usable adc driver instance based on the board design. No
additional pinmux configuration is necessary because a dedicated adc pin
is routed to the board's battery sense circuit. Updates the board
documentation to reflect that the board now supports an adc driver.

Now that NXP boards support 'make flash' and 'make debug' via pyOCD and
Segger J-Link, update all the NXP board docs accordingly. Adds a new
generalized OpenSDA document so certain details don't have to be
repeated for every OpenSDA board.

Adds fxas21002 and max30101 sensors to the list of supported features in
the hexiwear_k64 board document. Updates the pinmux table with the
sensor pins and sorts it by port name, then pin number.
