drivers: console: deprecate uart_mux and gsm_mux
GSM_MUX and UART_MUX are being marked as deprecated. The new modem subsystem MODEM_CMUX and MODEM_PPP should be used instead. Signed-off-by: Ryan Erickson <ryan.erickson@lairdconnect.com>
