doc: boards: fix typo in doc for wch boards
In almost all WCH boards doc, the name of the processor had a typo: QingKe 32-bit RISC-V4F instead of QingKe V4F 32-bit RISC-V Fix the doc for all relevant boards. Signed-off-by: Miguel Gazquez <miguel.gazquez@bootlin.com>
