userspace: remove some driver object types
Use-cases for these subsystems appear to be limited to board/SOC code, network stacks, or other drivers, no need to expose to userspace at this time. If we change our minds it's easy enough to add them back. Signed-off-by: Andrew Boie <andrew.p.boie@intel.com>
