drivers/gpio: stm32: Remove Kconfig based device declaration

Browse source 
Use device node declaration instead.
Clean up GPIO_STM32_PORT* Kconfig symbols.

On some boards some gpio ports where disabled using Kconfig symbols.
Disable them now via device tree nodes in boards dts files.
