kernel: Remove deprecated APIs and MACROs from 2.3
Remove old K_ prefixed macros defined in kernel.h as well as the following APIs: k_uptime_delta_32 k_enable_sys_clock_always_on k_disable_sys_clock_always_on Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <kumar.gala@linaro.org>
