dts: nrf: Rename "nordic,nrf-watchdog" compatible to "nordic,nrf-wdt"
For consistency with the scheme used for other nRF peripherals, use the peripheral name that nRF Product Specifications use. In this case, it is WDT, not WATCHDOG.
