drivers: bluetooth: silabs_efr32: Declare supported features in Kconfig
Now that we enable `HAS_BT_CTLR` we should also declare which optional features are supported. For now, we only add the features that are available through the current driver init routine and found on all supported platforms. Signed-off-by: Johan Hedberg <johan.hedberg@silabs.com>
