driver: sensor: as6212: fix sampling frequency
AS6212 supports 0.25Hz, 1Hz, 4Hz, and 8Hz sampling frequencies, but the current driver supports 0.25Hz, 1Hz, 4Hz, and 16Hz sampling frequencies. Signed-off-by: Clément Laigle <c.laigle@catie.fr>
