x86: mmu: get rid of x86_page_entry_data_t typedef
This hasn't been necessary since we dropped support for 32-bit non-PAE page tables. Replace it with u64_t and scrub any unnecessary casts left behind. Signed-off-by: Andrew Boie <andrew.p.boie@intel.com>
