boards: arm: Conditionalize serial pinmuxes on nxp boards

Browse source 
Conditionalizes serial pinmuxes on CONFIG_SERIAL for all nxp boards
(kinetis, lpc, and imx families) to avoid possible conflicts between
peripherals.
