sample/kernel_event_logger: fix microkernel config
There is no reason to enable tickless idle or system power management to test the kernel event logger, and it breaks systems which do not implement tickless idle (like Nios II which lacks a powersave instruction). Sleep events are logged on all arches in nano_cpu_idle() or nano_cpu_atomic_idle() so we get sleep events even without these configs turned on.
