boards: update lpcxpresso55s69_cpu0 name in build commands
Update lpcxpresso55s69_cpu0 (and ns target) names in build commands in the board documentation. Also, correct the documentation for dual core images on this part, as it was out of date. Signed-off-by: Daniel DeGrasse <daniel.degrasse@nxp.com>

Building a dual-core image

--------------------------
|

The dual-core samples are run using ``lpcxpresso55s69_cpu0`` target,
|

``lpcxpresso55s69_cpu1`` will be automatically built and merged in a single

image when ``SECOND_CORE_MCUX`` is selected.

.. code-block:: console

Images built for ``lpcxpresso55s69/lpc55s69/cpu1`` will be loaded from flash
