boards: degu_evk: add chosen nodes for shell and console

Browse source 
Remove UART_CONSOLE_ON_DEV_NAME and UART_SHELL_ON_DEV_NAME options
and add chosen nodes for shell and console.

Enable USB device support because the board uses
CDC ACM UART for console.
