kernel: Deprecate k_mem_pool APIs
Mark all k_mem_pool APIs deprecated for future code. Remaining internal usage now uses equivalent "z_mem_pool" symbols instead. Fixes #24358 Signed-off-by: Andy Ross <andrew.j.ross@intel.com>
