usb: Add missing wMaxPacketSize endian conversions
wMaxPacketSize in endpoint descriptor is stored in little-endian order, but the mps parameter passed to functions is in host order. Signed-off-by: Tomasz Moń <tomasz.mon@nordicsemi.no>
