bluetooth: hci: dedicated symbols for SPI variants
Add dedicated Kconfig symbols for the two SPI backend variants. This allows enabling the symbols by default from devicetree, and cleans up the cmake logic. Signed-off-by: Jordan Yates <jordan@embeint.com>
