kernel: Deprecate CONFIG_MULTITHREADING
Deprecate the Kconfig option for the time being. Unless a contributor volunteers to take over the work to maintain the option, it will be removed after 2 releases. Relates to #27415. Signed-off-by: Carles Cufi <carles.cufi@nordicsemi.no>
