tests: userspace: use 1cpu for some cases
This test spawns a child thread and expects it to complete. Use one CPU for it. Get rid of the useless k_thread_abort() call and add a k_yield() to ensure the child does its thing. Signed-off-by: Andrew Boie <andrew.p.boie@intel.com>
