net/pkt: Remove now useless net_pkt_get_data()
That function was responsible for allocating new buffer element, but it is now unused and can be removed safely. Buffer allocation is now done via net_pkt_alloc_buffer(). Signed-off-by: Tomasz Bursztyka <tomasz.bursztyka@linux.intel.com>
