aarch64: linker: Remove unused symbols and sections

Browse source 
Remove unused symbols and related sections from the linker script. In
particular CONFIG_IS_BOOTLOADER and CONFIG_CODE_DATA_RELOCATION are not
currently supported on AArch64.
