net: lwm2m: return error from lwm2m_engine_get_* functions
In the future, we will have optional resources that may or may not be assigned a buffer for data storage. When these resources are queried we need to be able to return an error code if the buffer isn't set. Signed-off-by: Michael Scott <michael@opensourcefoundries.com>
