tests: fix test identifiers The seasonal overhaul of test identifiers aligning the terms being used and creating a structure. This is hopefully the last time we do this, plan is to document the identifiers and enforce syntax. The end-goal is to be able to generate a testsuite description from the existing tests and sync it frequently with the testsuite in Testrail. Signed-off-by: Anas Nashif <anas.nashif@intel.com>

boards: arm: nrf9160_pca10090: rename board to nrf9160dk_nrf9160 We rename the nRF91 Dev Kit board target (nrf9160_pca10090) to nrf9160dk_nrf9160. We update all associated references in the supportive documentation and all nRF9160-related cofigurations and overlay files in the samples and tests in the tree. tests/samples: use integration_plaforms in more tests/samples integration_platforms help us control what get built/executed in CI and for each PR submitted. They do not filter out platforms, instead they just minimize the amount of builds/testing for a particular tests/sample. Tests still run on all supported platforms when not in integration mode.
