license: cleanup: add SPDX Apache-2.0 license identifier Update the files which contain no license information with the 'Apache-2.0' SPDX license identifier. Many source files in the tree are missing licensing information, which makes it harder for compliance tools to determine the correct license. serial: introduce SERIAL_SUPPORT_INTERRUPT Kconfig option As not all drivers support interrupts we don't have a means to know if we can allow UART_INTERRUPT_DRIVEN to be enabled and thus various Kconfig options that select UART_INTERRUPT_DRIVEN. This option enables the Stellaris serial driver.
This specific driver can be used for the serial hardware
available at the Texas Instrument LM3S6965 board.
