samples, tests: convert string-based twister lists to YAML lists Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. For xenvm they have conflicting address/size cells definition with board DT. It leads to CI and test issues during build (xenvm has 0x2 cells, tests have 0x1).
